Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Stoke website (meetstoke.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Stoke provides lead-response audits, workflow recommendations, and implementation services for dental offices. Services may include diagnostic review, custom Loom teardowns, workflow design, implementation, integration support, and ongoing optimization.
Pricing and Payment
- The initial audit may be offered at no cost, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Implementation and ongoing management, if requested, are scoped and priced separately based on the workflow, systems involved, and level of support required.
- All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel implementation or ongoing services according to the written scope or service agreement governing that work. If no separate agreement exists, either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice.
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and requirements
- Grant necessary access to tools and systems required for implementation
- Review and approve workflow scope before deployment
- Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with workflow performance
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business data, content, and proprietary information. Stoke retains ownership of its methods, templates, systems, and internal tooling unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Data and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards to protect business information and do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.
Service Level
We aim to provide services with reasonable care and professionalism, but timelines, outputs, and implementation results depend on the quality of the underlying systems, available access, and operating constraints on the client side.
Limitation of Liability
Stoke's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Disclaimer
Workflow recommendations and automation systems are designed to improve response speed and operational consistency, but we do not guarantee any specific revenue result, booking volume, or business outcome.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients before taking effect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
